Kathleen McCarron

Kathleen received her 200-hour Align and Flow Teacher Training from Kindness Yoga in January of 2016 and has been teaching at The Yoga Tonic since June of 2016. For Kathleen, yoga has changed how she moves through her daily life and she is excited to share her passion for yoga with her students. She believes that the practice of yoga not only benefits the body by building strength and balance, but also (and in her opinion, her favorite aspect of yoga) quiets the active mind and allows time to connect with the breath to create peace and relaxation within. She leads alignment-focused, creative, theme-oriented classes that challenge and allow time for personal exploration and observation!
