Private yoga sessions
New to Yoga? Private Yoga Instruction is great for the beginner student. Start off your practice on the right foot with personal instruction catered specifically to you! A private session will prepare you for taking on-going public classes.
Have an injury or limitation? A therapeutic Yoga private will help you learn specific alignment and the bio-mechanics of the body to help heal injury and/or keep you injury free!
Want to take your practice to the next level? Private Yoga Instruction will support you and give you the tools and skills to help you attain that challenging posture or deepen your practice of pranayama or meditation.
