Level 1
Designed for students new to Anusara Yoga® or for those who desire a slower paced class. We will explore basic yoga postures with an overview of the foundations while emphasizing breath. Beginners welcome.
Level 2
A working knowledge of Universal Principles of Alignment™ expected as a variety of poses are taught.
Level 2 Practice
An upbeat guided session during which the teacher practices along with the students. Please have a consistent practice and be able to perform both Adho Mukha Vrksasana at the wall and Urdva Dhanurasana with straight arms.

Open to all levels of students. Different options and modifications given to meet the individual needs of each student. |
