Intermediate Beyond the basics, this is an adaptable practice with different options and modifications offered. This class is not appropriate for beginners.
Advanced This class is designed for the experienced student wanting to explore pranayama and a variety of postures including inversions, arm balances and deep back bending. Please have a consistent practice with a working knowledge of alignment. This class is not appropriate for beginners.
