Class Levels

Gentle This class is appropriate for students interested in stretching the body and tools for unwinding from stress.  Open to all levels and beginners welcome.

Basics This class is designed for students new to yoga or for those who desire a slower paced class. Basic yoga postures taught with an overview of the foundations while emphasizing alignment and breath.  Open to all levels and beginners welcome.

Intermediate Beyond the basics, this is an adaptable practice with different options and modifications offered.  This class is not appropriate for beginners.

Advanced This class is designed for the experienced student wanting to explore a variety of postures including inversions, arm balances and deep back bending. Please have a consistent practice with a working knowledge of alignment.  This class is not appropriate for beginners.

Class Descriptions

Anusara® Alignment based practice that weaves posture, breath, awareness and intention to balance body, mind and spirit. 

Aligned Flow  Anusara-Inspired class with longer held alignment poses combined with a flowy sequence.

Yoga Conditioning Blends traditional yoga with dynamic strength training for increased cardiovascular fitness, agility and body confidence. 

Hatha Conscious joining of body, mind and breath through postures to create integration and insight.

Stretch Increase mindfulness and release tension with a practice that includes deep stretching, restoratives and meditation. 

Sacred Flow A complete practice of asana, pranayama, bhanda, mantra and meditation drawing from the ancient wisdom of Classical Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda. 

5 Rhythms Dance Empty out stress and claim creativity with a self-guided dance practice.

+ Nidra: Class concludes with Yoga Nidra, a systematic process of deep relaxation.
