Class Descriptions

Alignment Yoga Expect an emphasis on the foundations and exploration of the postures and body with the usage of props. Modifications made for beginners and accessible for stiffer bodies.

Anusara Yoga Heart centered and Alignment based practice that weaves posture, breath, awareness and intention to balance body, mind and spirit drawing from both Classical Yoga and Tantra.

Chakra Yoga Flow Journey through the subtle body and balance the chakras with a practice that includes postures, breath practices, meditation & chanting.

Hatha Yoga Mindful practice that covers the foundations of yoga postures, breath practices, meditation and philosophy. Accessible to beginners and all body types.

Kundalini Yoga Awaken Kundalini Shakti with a dynamic practice that combines breathing, chanting, meditation, kriya and physical postures.

Myofascial Release Targets the body's fascia with self massage techniques using props and balls to increase range of motion, circulation and flexibility. Beneficial for Athletes and aging bodies.

Slow Flow Yoga Stretch, strengthen and unwind with a slower-paced vinyasa style practice with longer holds and room to breathe.
