BEginner Yoga Series
Saturdays 10-11am, October 17th- November 21st with Tony Ricci
A gentle, structured introduction to yoga for brand-new students or anyone returning to the mat.
This six-week series is designed to help beginners build confidence, strength, and ease through a progressive, supportive approach to yoga. Each week introduces foundational postures, simple breathing techniques, and accessible mindfulness practices.
Across the series, students will explore healthy alignment, safe movement, and ways to adapt poses for their unique needs. Classes blend slow, guided instruction with time for questions, hands-on refinement, and short relaxation practices to integrate what's been learned.
